Strength and resistance
Stall partitions made from polyethylene are a cost-effective alternative to conventional solutions made from steel. Depending on the respective structural specification, standard sheets or twin-wall sheets are used. Polyethylene sheets are recommended due to their excellent UV stability and resistance to the ammonia contained in animal faeces.
The SIMONA® Twin-Wall Sheet is a versatile product made from PE 100, PP AlphaPlus® (PP-H), PPs or PP-C-UV sheeting using cutting-edge machine technology. It features high rigidity, low specific weight and good thermal insulation and is easy to process and machine. The twin-wall sheets can be processed with the same methods used for solid sheet material.
