Participation in Supervisory Board meetings 2025

Supervisory Board meetings 
The Supervisory Board held four ordinary meetings and one extraordinary meeting in physical presence over the course of 2025. Supervisory Board member Martin Bücher was excused from attending the meeting in September. Supervisory Board member Markus Stein was present at the meeting in September and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board Dr. Roland Reber was present at the meeting in December via a video conference call. Supervisory Board members Martin Bücher and Andy Hohlreiter were excused from attending the extraordinary meeting of the Supervisory Board in April. All other meetings held during the year were attended in person by every member of the Supervisory Board. 

Audit Committee 
The Audit Committee held four scheduled meetings and one extraordinary meeting in 2025. 

The Personnel and Nomination Committee 
The Personnel and Nomination Committee held four scheduled meetings and one extraordinary meeting in 2025, which took place in person.
