Notification of voting rights upon reaching reporting thresholds
Pursuant to Section 33(1) of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG), any party whose shareholding in an issuer whose home country is the Federal Republic of Germany reaches, exceeds or falls below 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% or 75% of the voting rights attaching to shares belonging to that party by purchase, sale or other means must notify this to the issuer and simultaneously to the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht – BaFin). The notification must be made without undue delay, at the latest within four trading days.
Pursuant to Section 40(1) of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG), SIMONA AG is obliged to publish information with regard to notifications of voting rights that it has received in accordance with Section 33 WpHG. These disclosures are made via EQS Group AG.
The following table includes a list of the most recent notifications relating to investors who have notified us of threshold triggering pursuant to Section 33 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG). For details, please refer to the respective notifications.
