Registration

Please forward your registration in writing to the SIMONA Academy. A confirmation will be sent to you in the form of an invoice with details of the amount payable. The number of participants per training course is limited. Each training course is filled according to the date of incoming registrations.

Participation fee

The participation fee covers the services outlined in the training course description. For details of special terms and conditions, please feel free to contact a member of the SIMONA Academy. You are kindly requested to remit the participation fee only once you have received the invoice.

Cancellations

Written cancellations are possible up to two weeks prior to the commencement of a training course. The participation fee will be reimbursed, having deducted a 10 % handling charge. Please note that we would also be happy to welcome a replacement attendee to the training course. The participation fee shall be payable in full in the case cancellations received at a later date than that specified above or non-attendance. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule training courses on the grounds of operational requirements and/or if the minimum number of participants is not reached.

Changes to the events

In exceptional cases, the actual training course may differ from the original description. This may relate to the fact that the content of the training course has been updated or that the schedules/procedures or the lecturers have changed. Such changes shall not entitle the registering party to cancel the contract or demand reimbursement of the participation fee.

Liability

The SIMONA Academy shall be entitled to cancel the event in the case of force majeure or due to low attendance. Participation fee already remitted shall be reimbursed in full. Beyond this, the registering party shall have no legal claims against the event organiser. The SIMONA Academy shall accept no liability for personal injuries or for any damage to vehicles or other objects. All documents provided as part of the training course are prepared and compiled to the best knowledge of the event organiser and the information available at the time. The SIMONA Academy shall accept no liability and provide no guarantee for the accuracy, timeliness, completeness or quality of such content.

Data protection

Legal notice pursuant to Section 33 BDSG: SIMONA AG and independent service providers commissioned by the company are obliged to adhere strictly to the provisions of the German Data Protection Act with regard to the storage and processing of your data. For the purpose of processing, billing and advertising, customer data is stored together with your name, the name of your company, your postal address or that of your company, your telephone number and your e-mail address. You have the right to object to the use of your data for advertising purposes. Please inform us in writing of any such objection.
